Air Return Covers
- Our air return vent covers are made from high-quality MDF with a standard thickness of 5/8".
- The listed sizes refer to the filter size. We add a 1.5" border on all sides, making the overall cover 3" larger. For example, a 24" × 24" filter size results in a total cover and frame size of 27" × 27".
Finishes: prime and painting options are availble.
Custom Sizes: Select the closest size from the listing and enter the exact duct opening and desired overall size in personalization.
Installation Options: We’ve pre-drilled two holes on each side within the duct area to make it easy to secure the frame with screws to the framing.
Magnetic Vent Covers
- Our vent covers are made from high-quality MDF and Plywood in a standard thickness of 1/4", with additional options available in 1/8", and 3/8".
- The listed sizes refer to the inner dimensions of the ducts, and we automatically add 1" border to each side of the vent cover. For example, if you select a 6"x10" duct, the vent cover will measure 8"x12".
Finishes: prime and painting options are availble.

Installation Options: Each frame comes pre-drilled with two holes on each sides for easy installation using screws on walls or ceilings.
Birch Plywood Vent Cover
- Our vent covers are made from high-quality Plywood in a standard thickness of 1/4".
- The listed sizes refer to the inner dimensions of the ducts, and we automatically add 1" border to each side of the vent cover. For example, if you select a 6"x10" duct, the vent cover will measure 8"x12".
Finishes: We offer 5 popular stain options for you to choose from, allowing you to personalize it with the perfect finish.

Installation Options: We offer 3 reliable methods for installing our covers:
Nailing: Use a pneumatic nail gun to secure the vent cover on two sides or at all four corners.
Screwing: Secure the vent cover using flat-head screws on two sides, or at all four corners for larger covers. Pre-drilling is recommended and available as an option.
Double-Sided Tape: An easy installation method for a quick and clean finish.
